THE HOW

For every NIKIN product you purchase, our partner organization One Tree Planted will plant a tree. We transfer the funds in stages, as we evaluate the various projects and allocate your contribution to the initiative that currently needs trees. Each tree corresponds to one dollar or Swiss franc, which we deduct from your order total and pass on. You can find out how One Tree Planted uses this contribution here.

THE WHY

There are various reasons why new trees are needed in our projects: wildfires and other environmental disasters, increasing soil erosion, promotion of biodiversity, food security for the population, climate protection, and reforestation due to past clear-cutting.

THE WHERE

The location of your tree depends on where new trees are currently needed. It is important to us that you know where your tree is located. That's why we created the TreeTracker. It gives you an insight into the history of your tree. You will learn which project it is used for and how the local population benefits from it.
